Documentation Your domains

Read a domain overview

Each domain page answers three questions, in order.

Where does setup stand?

Until setup is complete, a panel shows the next step: verify access, activate monitoring or connect reports. You can leave and come back; the page resumes where you were.

What have we checked?

The DNS check reads SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on request and summarizes each one with the time it was read. For now it reads sample DNS data and labels it that way; access verification and the public domain check read your nameservers. Published records are not proof that your mail passes authentication; receiver reports show that.

What have receivers reported?

Once reports arrive, the Reports view shows totals, the services seen and which checks passed. Sending services lists each service with the question only you can answer: do you use it?

The other views

  1. Sending services: confirm the services you use.
  2. Authentication settings: published records, prepared changes and hosted records.
  3. Reports: coverage, totals, report rows and authentication results over time.
  4. Domain settings: access verification, activation, details, exit.
