Fair use and service limits

Limits protect every customer's capacity. Reaching one pauses new work; it never adds a usage fee.

1. Report intake: up to 2,000 aggregate reports per organization per day. Reports beyond the limit are refused and shown as missing coverage, not as healthy.
2. Historical uploads: up to 5,000 items per organization per day.
3. Platform investigations: up to 400 procedure steps per organization per day. Waiting work stays visible on its investigation.
4. Your agents: up to 5,000 API requests per organization per day, visible at /api/v1/msps/{id}/limits.
5. Notices: each notice is retried up to 5 times over about two days; failed billing and security notices go to an operator.

These limits are not approved as final yet, so they may change. If one blocks legitimate work, open a support request: only an operator can raise a limit, and nothing is charged automatically.
