Trial timing

The trial lets you try paid features on more domains before choosing a plan.

1. The trial holds up to 5 domains in total for 14 days, with no card.
2. It starts only when you choose to start it, from Billing. Signing up or adding a domain never starts it.
3. One trial per account. Support can record an exception.
4. At the end, every existing domain keeps its hosting and report intake under free-plan limits. New domains need a paid plan. Nothing is charged.
