MCP

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a way for AI assistants to call tools. SendBop does not run its own MCP server today. MCP-capable assistants use SendBop through tools they already support.

Connect an MCP-capable assistant

1. Create an agent under Agents and copy its token.
2. Give the assistant an HTTP tool and point it at the HTTP API. The operation list is at /api/openapi.json.

The agent has its own token, permissions and limits, and every call is recorded.

Keep the token out of prompts

Put the token in the tool's environment or secret settings. A token pasted into a conversation can be read by anyone who sees that conversation.

Asking about SendBop without an account

The For agents page can open Claude or ChatGPT with a public question about SendBop. That shares only the question; it does not connect your account.
