Leaving the service

You can export your data and leave at any time.

1. Download each client's export from its page in Client management: domains, report rows, sending services and DKIM selectors. Download the activity history as CSV from Settings, Account.
2. For hosted domains, open the domain's Domain settings and start the exit. SendBop shows the exact records to publish at your DNS provider and checks them before removing delegation.
3. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. Exports stay available for 30 days after that; the cancellation preview in Billing shows the exact date.
4. A deletion request, for one client or the whole account, deletes report contents at once: report rows, raw report files and TLS results. It cannot be undone, so export first. It does not delete everything. Report summaries (dates and counts), sending services, client reports already generated, investigation results, notifications, audit and billing history, contact opt-outs, hosted records still in use, your domains and account, and backup copies all stay.

Delegated records are never removed abruptly while they still serve your domain.
